The intricacy necessitates an understanding of the Governance, Policy, and Execution to effectively and efficiently navigate the Maritime Industry Dynamics. 
The course on “Strategic and Effective Stevedoring: Governance and Implementation in the Maritime Blue Economy Sector” will critically examine Stevedoring practices and how Governance and implementation of the operations align with decision-making on current and future developments to achieve optimal results.

The five-day intensive training programme includes case studies, comparative analysis, group exercises and a field trip to the London DP World Port to interact with the terminal on the techniques required for effective implementation of stevedoring operations.
