The Soils in the South-East Workshop number 20 (SSE20) is de-signed for developers, consultants, landowners, waste operators, regulators, and those who have an interest in using waste sustainably in the built environment. 

Topics for discussion include case studies involving waste and soil treatment, construction and demolition waste management, soil contamination inluding PFAS, developments in the regulation of waste, materials re-use and recovery, and the results of leading-edge research. SSE20 is being held in association with ISCOWA; SSE20 is a Mini-WASCON meeting.

This intensive 3-day course will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of trauma analysis in forensic anthropology. It will cover different types of trauma interpretation of skeletal injuries, and the application of forensic anthropology in criminal and medico-legal investigations. Through a combination of theoretical lectures and hands-on laboratory sessions, participants will learn to differentiate between perimortem, postmortem, and antemortem trauma, analyse fracture patterns, and apply best practices in trauma interpretation.
