The 17th International Conference on Modelling of Casting, Welding & Advanced Solidification Processes (MCWASP) organised by the Computational Science and Engineering Group (CSEG) at the University of Greenwich.

A single-track, five-day conference covering all aspects of the modelling of solidification phenomena such as:
-solidification process technologies
-coupled multi-physics simulations
-defect formation
-fluid flow & heat transfer
-micro & macro structure formation
-numerical methods
-data-driven optimisation & machine learning
-related experimentation, especially in-situ observation of solidification.

The Help to Grow initiative, funded by the HM Government and provided by the Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS), is intended to help business leaders strengthen and grow their organisations in the aftermath of unprecedented disruption. The programme is a great opportunity for senior executives looking to future-proof their organisation, as it provides unparalleled networking opportunities as well as practical knowledge from top business experts.

 

The time commitment is 50 hours spread over 8 weeks of hybrid learning (8 online sessions via Microsoft Teams and 4 in-person case study sessions), with sessions taking place both online and in person at our main campus in Greenwich. 

 

The training is 90% government-funded, and there is a one-time charge of only £750.
