The registration fee is all-inclusive, covering accommodation, meals, social events, and excursions.

A single-track, five-day conference covering all aspects of the modelling of solidification phenomena such as:
-solidification process technologies
-coupled multi-physics simulations
-defect formation
-fluid flow & heat transfer
-micro & macro structure formation
-numerical methods
-data-driven optimisation & machine learning
-related experimentation, especially in-situ observation of solidification.

Special cancellation conditions apply: cancellations made more than eight weeks prior to the conference will receive a full refund; cancellations made between four and eight weeks prior will receive a 50% refund; cancellations made less than four weeks prior are not refundable.

The AEME Forum will be taking place between the 7th of July (evening arrival & social event) and 8th & 9th of July (Forum) 2026.

Registration is available for 2 day attendance, or 1 day attendance. AEME Member Institutions receive one funded - 2 day place per institution. Accommodation can be booked in the University of Greenwich Halls of Residence.
