As only one official award certificate is permitted to be in circulation at any one time, if you wish to have a certified copy you will need to send a copy of your original certificate to us and we will then certify it as a true representation and return it to you.
How to request a certified copy – Two stage process
Firstly, please order your certified copy (adding an additional DHL courier if you wish it delivered more speedily than the standard 2nd class post) by using this online system. You will receive an online payment reference number in your order confirmation email.
Secondly, once you have made your online application, within 10 working days of your online request, you must:
- email us a scanned copy of your original certificate to [email protected] OR
- post a photocopy of your original certificate to:
