This intensive training course will cover soil, water, food, feed, microbial, mycotixin, chemical analyses and quality grading - covering major food/feed quality testing techniques for holistic knowledge.

You will develop multi-disciplinary testing expertise, data interpretation for food system, and advanced quality control and food safety. 

Suitable for professionals seeking comprehensive food safety knowledge. Delegates are expected to bring a commodity to work on.

Each day will run 9am-5pm with an hour lunch break. Consumables, lunch and refreshments will be provided on the day.
