The Skills and Management Development (SMD) Programme is a flexible, modular training initiative developed by the Executive Business Centre at Greenwich Business School.

The SMD Programme lasts for one year and offers practical, skills-focused, short courses specifically designed to meet the diverse needs of SME professionals. Unlike traditional executive education which requires a long-term commitment, this programme allows you to select any six modules which directly address your business challenges. Each module is delivered as a full day in person workshop, with each module being delivered a number times each year.
